Product
Collect Nova does the follow-up. Authorized users review what has been released to their company — recordings, notes, and messages — without a CRM.
Date, duration, direction, and outcome for recordings that were captured and released to your company. Listen in the browser. Add a shared note when needed.
One conversation per assigned business account. Ask about a promised payment date, a restated invoice, or who will respond — on the same file as the call.
Your name, company, and authorized user profile. Set your own password after invitation. Sign out on a shared computer.
The file
The recording, the shared note, and the message sit together. You do not jump between a mailbox, a spreadsheet, and a recap.
01
When a recording is lawfully captured and released to your company, you can play it in the browser — date, duration, direction, and outcome.
02
What they said and the next step can live on the call. Shared notes are visible to your company and your Collect Nova team. Internal team notes stay off this view.
03
One thread per assigned business account. Questions about a promised payment date or a restated invoice stay on the file.
How it works
01
You tell Collect Nova which business accounts may be in scope and where the work would take place.
02
Scope, fees, and written authorization are set in a signed service agreement before work begins.
03
Collect Nova creates the company workspace and invites authorized users. There is no public sign-up.
04
Collect Nova conducts authorized follow-up. Clients do not place calls through this product.
05
You review available recordings, shared notes, and messages, then reply to your Collect Nova team.
Access
A client reviews the work. Collect Nova places it. Neither login opens another firm’s workspace. Collect Nova staff can see more than one company file when they are operating the service.
Client
A login bound to one company. You review work placed on your behalf. You do not dial.
Collect Nova team
Collect Nova places authorized calls, ties the file to one company, and answers on the thread.
Features
Each login is bound to one client company. Users cannot browse another firm’s calls.
Available recordings are reviewed in place by authorized users of the assigned company.
Collect Nova creates the company, the profile, and an invitation. There is no public registration or checkout.
An NDA can be arranged, subject to review and mutual agreement.
Scope
The portal is for available recordings and the follow-up. Everything else stays out.
No pipeline and no aging board. The portal holds available recordings and the follow-up.
No invoices, card capture, or balances. Collections work may be reviewed here. It is not settled here.
There is no sign-up or checkout. Collect Nova creates the company, invites authorized users, and they set their own password.
Security
Call recordings may contain confidential business information. Access is limited to authorized users of the assigned company and Collect Nova staff operating the service. These are operational controls, not a certification.
Private by company
A login opens one firm’s workspace. Other clients do not share that view.
Recordings, when available
Authorized users play a released recording instead of relying only on a recap.
Hidden until released
Files stay with Collect Nova until a teammate marks them visible to the assigned company.
NDA on request
An NDA can be arranged, subject to review and mutual agreement.

Whether several invoices to the same debtor count as one account, whether unused accounts or minutes roll over, how minutes are rounded, what happens when an allowance is exhausted, billing start date, minimum term, renewal, cancellation, refunds, setup fees, and taxes are not specified on this page and must be written in the signed service agreement.
Recovery fees are additional and are not a published percentage. There is no public checkout. Selecting a plan only opens an inquiry.
